Roosevelt HOTS up despite the rain!

Today did not start as expected with light rain in Hood River but the promise of wind far out East was there on Temira's website. Despite a slower start than planned we packed up and embarked on the 70 mile drive to Roosevelt.  Casey still smiling after 40 rigs!  On arrival we were stoked to see 100+ windsurfers enjoying the breezy conditions.
